Prices
All prices at The Red Van - for Safety, Health, and Dignified Work are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and other taxes. Our products are exempt from VAT as the sales are part of our fundraising permit. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Subject to sold-out items.
Payment
The Red Van - for Safety, Health, and Dignified Work accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Your payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. We are not responsible for pricing errors or sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
The Red Van ships orders every Thursday. Orders received before 9am will be sent the same day. Your items will be delivered 1-6 business days after the order is placed.
We ship throughout Denmark. The shipping cost is 49 DKK, and items will be delivered to the parcel shop specified at the time of ordering.
We do not deliver abroad, to the Faroe Islands, or to Greenland.
Orders are shipped via GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the selected delivery point, the package will be redirected to the nearest available location, and you will be notified. For any issues, please contact customer service.
Certain items may have specific delivery terms, which will be stated prior to purchase.
Warranty
You are entitled to a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material faults. Depending on the situation, you may get the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount. The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect use of the product or service. You must notify us of any issues within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. The Red Van will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop. Returns must be made through our return portal.
The period begins from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the final item in a single order delivered in multiple shipments.
- You receive the final batch or part of an order consisting of several batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in regular deliveries over a specified period.
You can return items either via a GLS parcel shop (at your own cost of 50 DKK) or by personally delivering them to our location on Vesterbro.
The withdrawal must be notified via the return portal no later than 14 days after purchase. After notifying, you must return the package within 14 days. Clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the delivery without giving clear notice.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

Custom-made items or items with a clear personal touch.

Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery.

Items that become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.

Items where the seal is broken.

Services that have already commenced with your prior consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is forfeited upon full delivery of the service.

Digital content not delivered on physical media, provided the execution began with your prior consent and acknowledgment.

Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except subscriptions.

Items purchased at public auctions.

Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure that the item is properly packaged. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the item until we have received it.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and functionality.
If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered used, and you may only receive a partial refund or none at all, depending on its commercial value upon return. To receive a full refund, you must handle the product without using it.
Reimbursement
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount paid. Any reduction in value, for which you are liable, will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds include delivery costs (excluding additional costs for choosing a different delivery option than the cheapest standard delivery offered). The refund will be processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item unless you provide proof of return beforehand.

To process your purchase, we require the following information:

We handle your data to deliver your order and address inquiries regarding your purchase. Your data is processed according to our privacy policy, which includes details on data handling, deletion, and your rights as a data subject.
